Many health tests are done with the use of a blood sample. You can look over the blood test locations to make your choice and then walk in, or make an appointment. 

The results of your test will be confidential and sent to your email address.  No need for anyone else to know the outcome but if you want those results in your medical records, just share it with your doctor.  Your results will be easy to read and if you have any questions, you will have a number to contact a nurse to speak with.   Your private blood test is just a phone call away.
